From our humble beginnings in Southern Arizona, we have blossomed into a nationwide operation, with our latest location opening its doors in Southern Maine.

In the early years, The Kritter Sitters focused on building a reputation for excellence in pet care. With a small team of dedicated animal lovers, we poured our hearts into providing top-notch service and establishing ourselves as a trusted name in the Tucson community. Word of mouth quickly spread, and demand for our services soared, prompting us to expand our reach beyond city limits.

However, in 2020, our thriving business faced an unprecedented challenge with the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. Like many others, we found ourselves at a crossroads as our operations came to a grinding halt. In the face of adversity, we knew we had to adapt and persevere. During this time of uncertainty, Emily found an opportunity in an unexpected place: Cumberland Maine. In pursuit of employment, she and her husband, Carl, made the courageous decision to relocate to the picturesque state of Maine. Little did they know this decision would mark the beginning of an exciting new chapter for The Kritter Sitters.

Today, we are thrilled to announce our expansion to Southern Maine, bringing our expertise in animal care to this beautiful region. As we embark on this new adventure, The Kritter Sitters remains committed to our core values of compassion, integrity, and excellence.
